PSP is not the norm in digi scrapping. I've used it for years... actually I remember using Paint Shop Pro Beta for my Angelfire webpage. I have always thought PSP to be a great product for the price: It basically does whatever Photoshop can do and more than Photoshop Elements. I would not recommend it anyone new to digi scrap simply because of the lack of resources and tutorials. I can translate tutorials because I know the software well and started when PSP was more widely used.
